ST. LOUIS (KMOX) -  February 16th is the new, confirmed date for when the Rams PSL website will go live.

"Then emails and postcards will be sent out to class members two days after that on February 18th," according to local attorney Rick Cornfeld, who's been helping personal seat license holders through the process.

Earlier reports had indicated that the website would be up and running February 3rd, Super Bowl Sunday.

Cornfeld was asked whether he expects a large majority of St. Louis PSL holders to sign up to get their money back.

"I think so," he replied. "I sure hope so because we want all of that money to come here to St. Louis. We've just gotten lots and lots of inquiries and a lot of enthusiasm."

The website address will be www.RamsPSLClassActionSettlement.com.

Again, that's now expected to go live on February 16th – as of Feb. 5 the website only says "This site is under construction."

Emails and postcards will start going out to class action members two days after the site is up and running.

Refunds of the PSL money could eventually cost the Rams $24 million.
