July 15, 2019 While we would obviously rank St. Louis #1 if it was up to us, Hotwire determined its results for “America’s Best Cities for a Quickie Index" by looking at more than 10,000 data points across 250 cities, analyzing the value, convenience, and things to do for each.
The travel website divided the cities into four categories: Major Metropolises, Mid-Size Must-Sees, Small Town Favorites, and Itty Bitty Cities.
St. Louis fell into Mid-Size Must-Sees, below Atlanta, Miami, and Tampa.
We scored 11 for value, 13 for convenience, and 10 for things to do.
