ST. LOUIS, MO (KMOX) - A 62-year-old driving the wrong way on Interstate 70 early Saturday morning was killed when he collided head-on with another vehicle.
St. Louis City Polilce say Larry Reed's Impala was travelling Westbound in the Eastbound lates of 70 near Shreve shortly after 4 am. His vehicle struck an SUV head-on. The occupants of the SUV are hospitalized, two in stable condition another in critical but stable condition.
