Not a fan of yoga? Adding puppies might be the solution.
Puppy yoga is the newest, and fluffiest, yoga craze.
Organized by New Jersey-based Doggy Noses and Yoga Poses, the one-hour class invites yogis to practice their downward dogs while a pack adorable puppies scamper across their mats.
And if you get a little too attached to your yoga companion, the puppies are up for adoption.
The group partners with local animal rescue centers, and so far has raised over $50,000 for nonprofit animal rescue organizations.
As fas as we know, St. Louis doesn't have anything like this – although there is a Mauhaus Cat Cafe in Maplewood and a smiliar dog-focused bar is coming to Soulard.
