ST. LOUIS (KMOX) - St. Louis County's second "Family Trail" has been dedicated at Jefferson Barracks Park. Four new stations along the 1.1 mile South Dennis Schick Loop Trail feature excercise equipment for adults and playground pieces for children.
The idea is for adults and children to share space that combines fun and exercise.

The St. Louis County Parks Foundation raised of $100,000 to complete the project. Funding was also provided by Friends of Jefferson Barracks and St. Louis County Parks Department.
The first family trail at a St. Louis County Park opened at Spanish Lake Park in August of 2018.
