KMOX's We Bleed Blume Blood Drive surpassed our expectations!
When we began the We Bleed Blume Blood Drive, we set a goal of 50 units of blood – which was already double the average total for what the Red Cross told us comes from a typical blood drive.
On Tuesday, we reached 150% of our goal – with 77 total units collected!
On behalf of everyone at KMOX, we want to thank our followers, listeners and fans. Practically every single person who walked into the gym at Metro East Lutheran High School told us, "I heard it on the radio" when we asked why they were here.
The Red Cross was extremely thankful for the event, as well at Brett's family!
That's why KMOX hosted the We Bleed Blume Blood Drive in support of Brett, in conjunction with the American Red Cross.
