ST. LOUIS (KMOX) - Single-game tickets just went on sale for the St. Louis Blues upcoming season and the team is planning to have a full house for the first time since March of 2020. But the team now wants to know what its fans think about a possible vaccination or negative COVID-19 test requirement.

The Blues sent an email to many fans with a four-question survey.
"We want your feedback around COVID-related guidelines and policies and their impact on your game experience," the email states. "We continue to evaluate the current state of the pandemic as we look to provide the best and safest options for our fans."
The optional survey asks fans to give their current vaccination status, if a mask mandate, socially-distanced seating and temperature screenings would make them more likely to attend games, and if a "proof of vaccination or a negative COVID test to enter Enterprise Center" would impact their season ticket status?
Here's a screenshot of the survey sent on Sept. 2:

At the last Blues home game, a 5-2 loss to the Colorado Avalanche in the Stanley Cup Playoffs, there were only 9,000 fans allowed inside with face masks required.
The Blues are expecting to allow the max capacity of 18,096 fan into games this season. The city of St. Louis is currently under a mask mandate for all indoor public spaces which will be in effect through Sept. 29. The Blues play two preseason games at Enterprise on Sept. 25 and 27. Tickets for those games are not yet on sale.
