Bayer 04 Leverkusen scored three unanswered goals to earn the victory on the night.

CITY2's closest chance came in the 39th minute when Eduard Löwen rattled the crossbar from a freekick just outside the box. Six minutes later, Adam Hložek doubled the scoring for the visitors, who took a 2-0 lead into the halftime break. Hložek grabbed his second, and Bayer Leverkusen’s third, of the night in the 51st minute.

CITY2 finishes the season with the Western Conference postseason title.
