ST. CLAIR COUNTY, IL (KMOX) - The Illinois State Police has activated an Endangered Missing Person Advisory.
The St. Clair County Sheriff's Department needs help finding Carl W. Swofford, a 71 year old white male who is 6 feet 1 inch tall, and weighs 170 pounds.
Carl has gray hair and brown eyes and is wearing a white T-shirt, blue shorts, and white tennis shoes. He was last seen at the corner of Erie Station Road and Albany Station Road in Belleville at 8:00 Sunday evening.
Mr. Swofford has a condition that places him in danger. Any person with information regarding his whereabouts should contact the St. Clair Sheriff's Department at 618-781-0938 or contact 911.
