ALTON, ILLINOIS (KMOX) - Alton Police have issued an Amber Alert after a minivan was stolen with a baby still inside. The vehicle is a gold-colored 2001 Chevy Venture with the Illinois License C L 8 4 3 9 3. 3-month old Ghyadi Jaber was wearing a blue onsie with the word PUMA in white. The van was taken from a home on Spring Street in Alton before 7:30 Friday night.
