FLORISSANT, MO (KMOX) - The St. Louis County Prosecutor has charged a man with three counts of Assault 3rd Degree.
35-year old Brandon Dailey is accused of going to the victim’s place of work on N. Highway 67 in Florissant, earlier this month, where he strangled her and struck her numerous times. This incident was partially captured on surveillance video and observed by numerous witnesses.
Prosecutor Wesley Bell said “No one should be subject to any kind of attack at one's place of work or business, and it is particularly egregious when it is someone from your personal life. This barbaric behavior will not be tolerated in St. Louis County.”
Bailey's bond is set at $75,000 dollars cash only.
