SAINT LOUIS, MO (KMOX) - A body recovered at the Flamm City Boat Ramp near Arnold is a missing Wildwood hiker. Police say the woman was identified as 72-year-old Carol Schulte by the family.
Officials say there were no obvious signs of trauma found on Schulte's body. In a post, the family expressed their gratitude to all the agencies and volunteers that helped in the search.
Police and volunteers have been searching for Schulte, who had been missing more more than a week. Schulte's phone was last pinged off Al Foster Trail in Castlewood State Park around 6:30 am Monday, May 23rd.
