"15 minutes, to 20 minutes at the shelter, and then yah, we do asked everyone to leave. We can't take everyone to grave sites anymore because there's just too many people coming in here." Program Support Assistant Dan Bub says the rush is on because of high volume. "There's so many veterans and dependents on any given day, we just can't handle people hanging around and doing what they do at other cemeteries."

Bub says Jefferson Barracks is handling as many as 25 funerals a day now, compared to only about seven a day twenty years ago.
