Two of the dogs believed to belong to the pack that attacked and killed a man in Washington Park Illinois last week have been captured by St. Clair County Animal Services.
Director Ashley Jett tells KMOX they believe the pack to be between 5-10 dogs, and are not sure of the dogs origin. Of the two that were captured, both were pit bull mixes.
Alisha Vianello with Gateway Pet Guardians says they are assisting.
"Setting up cameras and traps... [St. Clair County Animal Control Services] only has one officer, one trap."
Vianello says the estimated size of the pack is unusual.
"5-10 is pretty high, I don't remember ever hearing of ones that big. It's usually 2-3."
These dogs have been running around for some time according to Vianello, who says they were caught on camera chasing a Google Street car in April.

Jett says they are using humane traps to capture the dogs. Anyone who has spotted the pack is asked to call St. Clair County Animal Services.
