On social media he's known as the "Rally Runner," but online sleuths investigating the events on Jan. 6 call him "#RedFace45." He posted videos of himself in Washington D.C., saying he was there to support former President Donald Trump and claimed the election was stolen from him.

A guest on Fox News' Tucker Carlson's show is now accusing him of being a federal agent planted in the crowd to make Trump supporters look like criminals. New York-based lawyer Joseph McBride says the man "is clearly a law enforcement officer."

"Who is this person? Why hasn't he been charged?" McBride asked. "His face is painted MAGA red. Trump hat on. Keep America Great Again hat on. He interacts with uniform personnel. He interacts with agents in the crowd. He passes out weapons, sledge hammers, poles, mace. Some of those things come into contact with other protestors who have, subsequently, been charged with possessing dangerous weapons and using dangerous weapons at the Capitol. That is clearly entrapment."

According to Facebook posts by the Rally Runner, he says FBI agents visited him about a week after Jan. 6, but he wasn't going to be charged. Someone also posted a story about McBride's accusations against him on his Facebook page. He responded and said he's not worried because he did nothing wrong.

"I'm not there to cause any violence or anything, but for some reason the crowd was just trying to get as far they could," he stated.

The Rally Runner posts multiple times per day on his Facebook page, often sharing posts from Carlson's show. He has wondered how his life would be different if Trump had beat Joe Biden in the election.

“If life went my way I would have a show called The USA Show. If Trump would have won it would be on today. But Trump lost,” Rally Runner stated. “Appears to be the greatest crime in the history of our country. But yet we are told It’s the big lie.”
