ST. LOUIS (KMOX) - A suspect's been charged after a Hazelwood man was shot dead in north St. Louis.
City police say 44-year-old Percy Bowman was gunned-down Saturday evening on Peck, in the Fairgrounds neighborhood.
Officers found him surrounded by a crowd.
Police say 31-year-old Turley Smith was taken into custody, Sunday.
He's charged with first-degree murder, armed criminal action, and unlawful possession of a gun.
