ST. LOUIS (KMOX) - St. Louis Police have a 36-year old man in custody for Tuesday afternoon's fatal shooting in the 4700 block of River Des Peres.
Erik Seitz is charged with First Degree Murder and First Degree Armed Criminal Action. The victim, 44-year old Dennis Bieg was shot in the torso and was transported to the hospital where he died.

Police still have not released a motive for the killing.
