A heads-up for season pass holders at Six Flags St. Louis. If you paid for a dining plan, you may be owed a refund. Enchanted Parks is the new operator of the St. Louis park, and, unlike the Six Flags company, Enchanted doesn't do dining plans. So, they said customers who'd bought one before the park was sold could request a refund.
Listener Ron Lynch, purchased three dining plans last year, and tells KMOX he's far from the only one affected. "I'm sure there's a lot of people the same way and the dining pass, if I remember right, was more expensive than the gate pass. So a lot of people are going to be out a lot of money if they don't get something out of it."
The new owners are honoring admission passes but not the dining plans, and those refunds run through Six Flags.
Lynch says he called the number given, "But we never heard any more from them, so I called KMOX."
A Six Flags spokesperson tells KMOX it's working with Enchanted Parks to process all eligible refunds.
"We remain fully committed to delivering on Enchanted Parks' promise to their guests and resolving this as quickly as possible."
