On the last day to signal a change of plea from not guilty, former Alderman Jeffrey Boyd has scheduled a "change of plea" hearing set for Monday morning.

The last day for the aldermen to schedule a change of plea was Friday, August 19.

Former Alderman John Collins-Muhammad previously announced he would do a plea deal. His formal change of plea is also set for next week.

However, former Board of Alderman President Lewis Reed still has not sent a signal to the judge about any change of plans. Reed entered a "not guilty" plea back in June when the charges were first issued. Reed's attorney declined KMOX's request to comment on his intentions.
