AAA says Missouri's statewide gas price has reached a record high of $3.98 per gallon of regular unleaded. That beats the previous record of $3.94 set in July 2008.
The price of fuel has jumped sixteen cents in the last week. The cost is $1.24 more per gallon than this day last year.
