ST. LOUIS (KMOX) - President Joe Biden and First Lady Jill Biden are making a surprise stop and will attend the wedding of St. Louis native and former star of Real Housewife of Orange County, Meghan O'Toole King. She is marrying the President's nephew, Cuffe Owens.
The White House announced Monday morning that the "small, family wedding" is happening today at the home of Owens' parents. No other details about the wedding were announced.
King was formerly married to St. Louis Cardinals Hall of Fame center fielder Jim Edmonds. They split up in 2019 and had three children together.
It was only a few weeks ago that King made her relationship with Owens public. She posted a photo on Instagram with "my man."
Owens, 42, is a Los Angeles attorney. He's the son of the President Biden's sister, confidante and longtime political strategist, Valerie Owens. She has a book called “Growing Up Biden” set to be released next year, according to the Associated Press.
