St. Louis Congresswoman Cori Bush has introduced a bill seeking justice For Jana Elementary. Her legislation would require the Army Corps of Engineers test the entire Hazelwood School District for radioactive waste, and clean up the closed elementary campus. It mirrors a bill Senator Josh Hawley is hoping to get passed in the Senate this week. Jana Elementary closed last fall.

Meanwhile, the Army Corps released a report Tuesday showing the school is safe, from a radiological standpoint, after testing both inside and outside the buildings.
