A local law firm is preparing to sue Greyhound Lines after last week's deadly crash.

Brady McAninch is a partner at Hipskind and McAninch. He says two of fourteen hurt in the crash are his clients, but they still don't know how bad things really are.

"You know unfortunately in cases like this that's just not that rare. It can often take weeks and sometimes months to learn the extent of the injuries. You need imaging, you need to see exactly what's shown that's wrong, how do you feel, how quickly do you get better, do you get better....so we're still in the very early stages here," McAninch says.

McAninch says once a lawsuit is on file, Greyhound will be one of the defendants. The driver of the bus may be also.
