Living History: Dr. Mati Hlatshwayo Davis

For Black History Month, KMOX’s Carol Daniel is talking with people in the St. Louis area who are making Black history today.

The fourth installment of her “Living History” series features Dr. Mati Hlatshwayo Davis, the public health director for St. Louis City. She's the first Black woman physician to hold the position.
