BELLEVILLE, IL (KMOX)--The St. Louis Major Case Squad says two persons of interest connected to the murder of a child in Belleville are in custody. St. Clair County filed 1st degree murder charges for Jaylen Nicks, 26, of Florissant and Devin Dunbar. 20, of Spanish Lake. They are wanted for the death of Brandon Scott, 10, who was shot on Monday, July 3rd. The team of 24 investigators remains active.
