SAINT LOUIS, MO (KMOX) - The man accused in the shooting of a resident near Tower Grove Park is scheduled to appear in court today.
20-year-old Kyle Stone is charged with First Degree Murder and Armed Criminal Action.
Police accuse Stone of shooting 47-year-old Christopher Brennan in the head around 7:20 Friday evening in Brennan's backyard on Flora Place.
Police say Stone was identified as the suspect from surveillance video taken at the scene.
He's being held without bond.
