Oklahoma City man faces charges of forcibly raping a woman in South County in 1992

ST. LOUIS (KMOX) - An Oklahoma City man was charged by St. Louis County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office for an incident in South County where he was alleged to forcibly rape a woman all the way back in 1992.

Stacy Pollock, 62, who lives in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, was charged with forcibly raping with a weapon by the Prosecuting Attorney's Office.

According to the probable cause statement, on Sept. 17, 1992, 2600 block of Parkhill Circle in South St. Louis County, Pollock allegedly placed a purple bandana around the face of a female victim before forcing her to lie on the floor and tying her hands and feet together with rope.

Pollock then allegedly threatened to kill the victim with a knife and used a knife to cut the clothes off the victim, pull her pants to her ankles then proceeded to rape her.

Pollock was identified after DNA analysis as the perpetrator of the crime.

Pollock was arrested by the Oklahoma City Police Department. He is currently in custody at the Oklahoma County Detention Center and is being held on $500,000 cash only, no 10%, bond.
