FENTON, Mo. (KMOX) - A man was shot and seriously injured on Tuesday afternoon near Highway 141 and Gravois Bluffs Boulevard.
There's a suspect in custody, police say.
Officers say a fight inside a car led up to a male victim being shot at least once.
He's expected to survive.
The incident happened around noon and caused all southbound lanes of 141 to close.
