Built in 1906, the massive Butler Brothers Warehouse in Downtown West takes up an entire city block. But for decades, it sat there underutilized, it's enormity a puzzle for developers.
But finally, thanks in part to the new soccer stadium just a block away and the NGA complex coming on line, a new developer jumped on the project to create The Victor.
