ST. LOUIS (KMOX) - A contracted basketball coach at MICDS is under arrest, accused of harassment and furnishing pornographic material to at least two minor students.
Ladue Police say Lee Bogan Junior, a men's contracted basketball coach committed, these crimes between January and March of this year. Police are still investigating to see if there are additional victims.
Bogan is facing two counts of first degree harassment, class E felonies. And three counts of furnishing pornographic material, or attempt to furnish to a minor, a class A misdemeanor.
Bogan is being held on a 150-thousand-dollar cash only bond. Below is the the probable cause statement
