The first location of the home-grown eatery will open sometime next year inside City Foundry STL. Since starting the brand in 2020 by and Matthew Fuller and Brittany Abernathy. The husband and wife plan to sell their variations of the St. Louis staple including Buffalo Chicken and Lemon Blackberry Gooey Buttercake.

Don't worry, they've got you covered on the tradition beef toasted ravioli. But are some more creative T-ravs they've made in the past:

They've recently been hosting pop-up kitchens around St. Louis at places such as Bella’s Frozen Yogurt and The Drawing Board slated for January. The new location in City Foundry is still a few months from opening.

“We chose to open our concept at City Foundry STL because we believe it represents everything we love about St. Louis,” says Matthew Fuller. “A collaborative space that celebrates diversity and small businesses is exactly the type of place we want to be.”

The idea didn’t come into fruition until a life-altering car accident in 2020. After the accident that left him unable to work for a year, Fuller and Brittany Abernathy, his wife of four years, remembered the kitchen concept from years past and thus, STL Toasted was born.

“Within months of opening, we’ve added a variety of new kitchens, now expanding to 14 within our food hall, with plans for three additional concepts, including STL Toasted,” says Will Smith of New + Found. “The St. Louis community has shown their support to our restaurateurs since opening in August, and thanks to this positive response, we are grateful to continue to grow the food hall in 2022 with kitchens like STL Toasted.”
