The Saint Louis County prosecuting attorney's office announces charges filed against a suspect in the shooting death of a 19-year-old in Pagedale.
28-year-old Kenneth Hall is charged with 2nd-degree murder and first-degree robbery. Kenneth Hall is being held without bond and a second person, a juvenile, has also been charged with Murder Second and Robbery First.
It's alleged that Hall and some others spotted Jaylin Johnson July 7th on a westbound MetroLink train.

Prosecutors say Johnson was shot dead a short distance from the Rock Road train station - then Hall and the others got on an eastbound train bound for downtown Saint Louis.
