ST. LOUIS (KMOX) - An Amtrak train has struck a vehicle in the St. Louis area for the second in the span of a few days.

The latest incident happened on Tuesday in downtown St. Louis next to the SP+ Starr Lot, across the street from Busch Stadium.

No one was injured in the crash, according to the photographer on scene.

A similar incident happened on Sunday as an Amtrak train headed from Chicago to St. Louis struck a vehicle in Granite City, Illinois. The car was hit on the railroad crossing at 25th Street.
That train was back in service a few hours after the crash. There were no reports of injuries in the crash.
