Another St. Louis gas station is being eyed as a possible nuisance property.

The first homicide of the year in St. Louis happened January 7th at the Conoco gas station at Gravois and Russel in Soulard. Police captured a suspect in that shooting Tuesday morning. But on Monday night, another deadly shooting happened there.
St. Louis Police Major Ryan Cousins says they've called a nuisance property meeting with the station owner. "We have a bunch of incidents and we'll tell you about it. Let us meet and talk about it. Here are some of the things you can do to fix those incidents. And if you don't do it, then the process moves from there where they go to court."
A Shell station in north St. Louis was recently closed as a nuisance property. There was yet another fatal shooting Monday night at another Conoco station on California. None of these killings are believed to be connected.
