
ST. LOUIS, Mo. - The Great Flood of 1993 is still a vivid memory for many.
It's been 30 years since the floods occurred, damaging $15 billion of property throughout the majority of the Midwest, and killing 32 people, ravaging for five months.
The Great Flood of 1993 proved to be one of the most devastating and costly floods to ever take place in American history.

KMOX News reporter Stuart McMillian talked to a man who was 13-years-old back in 1993 when he was the only survivor in a flood that filled Cliff Cave.
