Sabrina Carpenter to perform at Chafeitz Arena in October

ST. LOUIS (KMOX) - Don't expect a whole lot of people to be working late when Sabrina Carpenter makes her way to St. Louis this fall.

Carpenter, the former Disney star and singer who gained notoriety for being an opener for Taylor Swift's "Era's Tour" announced Thursday dates for her "Short n' Sweet Tour".


The 29-date tour around North America will see her stop in St. Louis in Oct. 17 and performing at Chafeitz Arena.

Carpenter rose to fame when she was starring is mid-2010s Disney show 'Girls Meet World' as Maya Hart. 'Girl Meets World' was a spinoff of the classic 'Boy Meets World' which starred Ben Savage.

Carpenter music career began 2014, but would take-off in 2021, following the release of "Skin", which would be Carpenter's first Billboard Top 100. Carpenter would serve as the opening act for Swift during her "Eras Tour" and that would catapult her to a superstardom career still in the making, with Carpenter song's "Espresso" and "Please Please Please" both reaching the Top 10 of the Billboard Top 100 charts this year.

Tickets for the show will go on sale to the public on June 28 at 10 a.m.

There will be a presale for Cash App cardholders on Monday, June 24 at 10 a.m., and a Team Sabrina presale on Tuesday, June 25 begins at 10 a.m.
