Involving lobbyists and a press agent in lease negotiations. He says the council should leave contract negotiations to professional staff.

And Page says the the Council's offensive behavior to staff is unacceptable and will not be tolerated. He adds, negotiations will resume when "the council reverses course and treats staff with civility and respect."

Doctor Page says quote “I will support a deal that is good for St. Louis County. “Currently, what is before us, according to our professional staff, is not a good deal.”
