Semifinals voting is underway in the Chris and Amy Show Field of 60/40 Tournament with another one seed dropping in the quarterfinals and two number one clashing against one another to advance to the Field of 60/40 Tournament Final.
The semifinals of the tournament are set with the Gateway Arch coming out on top as the top seed in the William Clark Region, the St. Louis Cardinals coming out on top as the top seed the the Meriwether Lewis Region, 'Where you go to High School?' sneaking out of the Pierre Laclede Region and Forest Park coming out of the August Busch region.
Forest Park, the Cardinals and the Gateway Arch has next to no difficulty with their opponents, with all three getting at least 80% of the vote, making their paths to the semifinals a cakewalk.
'Where you go to High School?' was an entirely different story, with the question battling with top tournament overall seed KMOX punch for punch with effectively tied leading to the final hours of voting. Ultimately, 'Where you go to High School?' squeezed it ways by a score of 51% to KMOX's 49% after a battle of the ages with KMOX, reaching the semifinals and winning the Pierre Laclede Regional
The semifinals matchups are a battle of the same seeds, with the Arch and Cardinals, the number one seeds in their regions squaring off against each other, while 'Where you go to High School?' and Forest Park, the three-seeds in their regions will square off, making the final a guaranteed three vs one seed matchup no matter the result.
Voting for the semifinals gets underway Friday, with the results of who advances to the final of tournament will be revealed on Monday.
