On Monday night, St. Louis County Councilman introduced legislation that many people probably already thought existed: a law prohibiting sex in sex in the workplace.
The new legislation comes after a video surfaced of two people having sex in the County government building, which was followed by County Chief of Staff Calvin Harris' resignation.
Fitch's legislation calls for any sexual act in a county building, vehicle or any county owned property come with a penalty for a county ordinance violation of a criminal nature.
