ST. LOUIS (KMOX) - St. Louis Mayor Cara Spencer releases information on why the City of St. Louis has chosen to pause the Women and Minority Business Enterprise program.
KMOX News spoke with St. Louis NAACP President Aldolphus Pruitt and he says he supports what the City is doing. He says the job now is for the City to come up with some type of program that meets that still meets the objective of the M/WBE and stands up to federal scrutiny.
