The St. Louis Senior Olympics gets a rebrand. They're now called St. Louis Legends Games.
"Not everybody feels like a senior, but everybody feels like a legend," says Stephanie Rhea with the J (St. Louis Jewish Community Center), which hosts the games.
"Gen X and those who aren't retired yet and even those who are traditionally of an age that 'senior' would apply to them, they're just not associating with it anymore."

Events run the gamut from hockey skills, football throws, track & field and swimming to bowling, poker and mahjong.
Registration is now open at jccstl.com/legendsgames. Events will take place May 16 through May 31, 2026, at locations throughout the St. Louis area.
