EUREKA, MO (KMOX) - The Missouri State Highway Patrol says a pedestrian struck by a van on Interstate 44 near Antire Road early Friday morning was a 17-year-old.
Investigators say the van swerved to avoid him but clipped him. The incident happened shortly after 4 a.m. Friday.
Eureka Fire officials pronounced the teen dead at the scene.
