ST. LOUIS (KMOX) - Three people, including the driver of a St. Louis Fire Department ambulance have been injured after an ambulance was hit Saturday and 14th and Chouteau.
The ambulance sustained significant damage to the front end. Neither St. Louis Police or the fire department have released any information on how the accident happened.
