A federal jury in St. Louis has found Sweetie Pie star Tim Norman guilty in a murder-for-hire plot.
The 43-year-old was found guilty of hiring a hit man to kill his nephew, 21-year-old Andre Montgomery.
The prosecutor said the motive was simple: It was greed, involving a $450,000 life insurance policy he took out on his nephew 18 months before his killing.
Norman's defense team said afterward that the jury pool may have been prejudiced by the popular reality TV series "Welcome to Sweetie Pie's."
