Two Alton men are in jail charged with sexually abusing a child.
Alton police say 56-year old Terry Davis--a registered sex offender--was alone with an 11-year old. The child was transferred to the Illinois Department of Children and Family Aervices.
An investigation by the Alton Police Criminal Investigation Division, working in partnership with the Madison County Child Advocacy Center, found that both Davis and 53-year old Andrew Westbrook had abused the child. Both men are being held without bond pending a detention hearing.
