On Wednesday, KMOX reported on people lined up outside the former Crestwood mall for a shot at owning a plot of land recently purchased by McBride Homes, the state's largest homebuilder.
KMOX's Stuart McMillian was at the site on Wednesday talking to hopeful homeowners, and he joined Total Information AM on Thursday to talk more about what he saw.
"They actually had to rent a parking lot down the street from the Crestwood crossing office where this is happening," he said. "And they put up a massive tent to accommodate all the people just waiting around to sign their lives away. A common theme among the campers was them actually wanting to upgrade their home to grow their family."
