Republican presidential candidate and Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis is OK after being involved in a car accident in Tennessee on Tuesday, his spokesman said.
In a statement shared with several news stations, Press Secretary Bryan Griffin shared that the incident happened while DeSantis was headed to an event in Chattanooga.
“He and his team are uninjured,” Griffin said in a statement to CNN. “We appreciate the prayers and well wishes of the nation for his continued protection while on the campaign trail.”
