In his latest court filings, the former Missouri governor subponeas the phone records of his ex wife, his former campaign manager, political operative Karl Rove and others, saying they were all-in on the plot to air his dirty laundry, and phone records will show it.

"We now know they took all of the accusations and they handed them directly to people who work for Mitch McConnell's Senate leadership fund," Greitens said.

Greitens' ex-wife Sheena and his former campaign manager are asking the court to quash the subpoena, saying the child custody case is not related to his Senate run.
