Listen: Eric Greitens on KMOX

ST. LOUIS (KMOX) - Former governor Eric Greitens says he's the only true America First candidate in the Republican race for U.S. Senate in Missouri, but has not yet received former President Trump's endorsement.

Speaking on KMOX's "Saint Louis Talks" program, Tuesday, Greitens lashed out at RINOs (Republicans In Name Only), as well as majority Democrats, "Think about unfortunately the kids who've lost their lives because of the tremendous increase in violence in places like St. Louis because of the insanity of the defund the police movement. Think about all of the families and kids who are being hurt by Joe Biden's economic policies, which have led to rampant inflation."

Greitens repeated his claims that the allegations of abuse brought up against him in a custody battle are untrue, and that his campaign continues to do well in independent polling for the primary and beyond, "I'm dominating the general election. We're up by 13 points in the general election. We have the biggest difference between us and any of the Democrats. I'm the strongest Republican in the general election."

Greitens talked a little about his family life now, in contrast to when he resigned as governor in 2018, "There was a different family situation then. Now, because of the position that I'm in, we're in a great, great position with the boys. I know 100% this is the best thing for the boys."
