Emily Harrington was reported missing around 8:40 from 600 South Nebraska Street in Rock Port. She is 5 feet 4 inches tall, 135 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes. She was last seen wearing a brown T-shirt, light-colored leggings, and cowboy boots. Harrington often wears her hair in a bun and has a birthmark on the front of her neck.
Emma Sue Hale was last seen with Harrington. She is 5 feet 2 inches tall, 120 pounds, with dark blue hair and brown eyes. She was wearing a red Chief’s hooded sweatshirt and black leggings. She has very long hair.
